Colorado Custom Fire Pits is happy to offer a lifetime warranty on all craftsmanship and materials of the log set and fire pit. We use a third party distributor for all burner components, which offer different warranties depending on the part. Please call for more information regarding the different warranties for burner components. We can not and will not replace any log set or fire pit that may have discolored to environmental conditions outside of our control.
A 50% deposit is required to place an order in the queue.
The remaining 50% of total is due prior to shipping or at time of delivery.
A 10% fee will be added for unpaid balances over 30 days after completion.
All sales are final. Colorado Custom Fire Pits can not guarantee the color of the logs will not change over time due to variances and conditions outside our control.
